We manage lots of rental property in Rancho Cucamonga! Recently, this email was sent in from one of our thoughtful tenants!
The email went:
>”The repairman, Robert did a fantastic job on all the items on the list. I would like to request that he is the one that installs the dishwasher when it arrives. We found a couple more things and will submit a request for repairs and would like Robert to fix those items as well. He is a very knowledgeable guy and a very hard worker..He’s a keeper! “
